Application form is granted from Classes Pre.K.G to XII. Parents seeking admission for their children have to get the prescribed application form from the School Office. Application form for admission will be issued from January to April.
The completed Application Forms for Registration have to reach the School Office within 15 days from the date of issue. The Application Form must be accompanied with the following documents.
1.Transfer Certificate
2.The latest passport size photograph 3 in Nos
3.Photocopy of the progress Report of the School last attended
4.Original Birth Certificate to be provided for verification
5.Community certificate for the STD students.
1.The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign.
2.Full permanent address (Residential) must be shown clearly.
3.Parent’s occupation and office address also must be furnished.
4.It should be mentioned Mother Language and Second Language
5.The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or false information will render the application liable to be rejected.
6.Father’s and Mother’s full name should be written without any error in the spelling of their names.
Entrance Exam is conducted to validate the student potentiality based on English and Mathematics Subjects
